Group Disability Benefits

Short and Long-Term disability income coverage is often said in our industry to be the "forgotten coverage". Disability income insurance covers your most important asset - your ability to earn a living. Whether your staff is comprised of white-collar surgeons & attorneys or blue-collar plumbers and construction workers - we all rely on our income to maintain our lifestyle. Disability income insurance can be purchased as an employer paid or voluntary benefit and as the employer you have the ability to set your benefit levels to control cost. Group Life / AD&D

This plan offers your employees coverage in the event of an accident or death. Employers can once again control their cost by determining the benefit. For example, benefits are typically made in a flat dollar amount ($50,000) or a multiple of your employee's wages (2x Annual Salary). Buy-Up features are also available to be purchased for an employee's spouse and children - usually at an additional cost to the employee. Once again, benefits are offered guarantee issue with no medical questions asked.
